RISE CPA LLP is a dynamic tax and accounting firm proudly serving clients from our offices in Mississauga, Ontario, and Winnipeg, Manitoba. We specialize in delivering personalized financial solutions—including accounting, tax, and business advisory services—to individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses of all sizes, from small startups to large enterprises.
Founded by two Chartered Professional Accountants (CPAs) with extensive experience in the field, we are committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused support at accessible price. Our goal is to help you meet your financial objectives confidently, while maximizing tax efficiencies and ensuring full compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations.

Manpreet holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a major in Accounting, as well as a Master’s degree in Economics. After immigrating to Canada, he continued to advance his professional journey by earning the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. His commitment to lifelong learning led him to complete the prestigious CICA In-Depth Tax Program—Canada’s most comprehensive tax training program for CPAs.
Before founding Rise CPA LLP, Manpreet held diverse roles in taxation and public accounting, which provided him with the strong foundation needed to launch and lead a successful accounting practice. Today, he continues to serve a growing clientele, offering strategic guidance in personal and corporate tax, business planning, and compliance.
With extensive experience in Canadian taxation, Manpreet works closely with private companies and their shareholders on a wide range of tax matters, including tax-effective distributions, reorganizations, cross-border transactions, immigration and emigration planning, and both corporate and personal tax compliance.
His areas of expertise also encompass assurance and advisory services, along with specialized knowledge in tax and financial planning for individuals and businesses. Manpreet has successfully guided clients through complex financial strategies such as estate planning, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and debt and equity financing.
In addition to his client work, Manpreet is actively involved in the professional development of future CPAs. He serves as a Tutorial Series Facilitator for CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program.
Outside of his professional life, Manpreet is an avid golf enthusiast, enjoys traveling to new destinations, and maintains an active lifestyle through regular visits to the gym.

Jewan is a founding partner of RISE CPA LLP. Jewan has over 10 years experience advising small to mid sized private companies. Jewan assists companies design tax efficient business structures, implement corporate reorganizations, review wealth and estate plans, manage a tax audit or resolve disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency.
